Shipping Policy

 

  • Our vendors ship within the 50 U.S. states and internationally using multiple carriers.

  • We are NOT able to ship to any P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Orders are typically received within 4 - 6 business days. (5 - 8 for AK & HI)

  • *International Shipping IS NOT INCLUDED in free shipping promotions.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the 'Print On Demand" nature of this online store:

  • Once an order has been placed online, it is sent to production at the print provider, and can no longer be edited in any details or canceled.

  • We CAN offer a replacement order free of charge if there are any issues with the order like a manufacturing error, printing issues,etc. Please contact us directly via our contact form with any such issues. (Please attach photo's of the print or garment issue!)
     

    • If the shipment address details were incorrect, or have ordered a wrong size or color, THE29LINE (or The Maple Leaf Bar, or Boukou Groove, or Warn The Gnar), will not offer replacements or refunds.

    • You are responsible as the customer for capturing the right information when placing your order. We strive to communicate in product details if an items runs either larger or smaller than usual.
